We make every effort and invest many resources in order to provide all surfers with equal, dignified, accessible and professional service (in places designated for customers). In accordance with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the regulations enacted thereunder, considerable efforts and resources are invested in making the necessary accessibility adjustments that will enable a person with a disability to be able to receive the information provided to all surfers, independently and equally.

An accessible website is a website that allows people with disabilities and older people to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as surfers, about 20 to 25 percent of the population encounters difficulties in using the Internet and may enjoy more accessible web content, according to a study conducted in 2003 by Microsoft.

This website complies with the requirements of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013. The accessibility adjustments were made in accordance with the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for web content accessibility at level AA and the international document. The tests were tested for the highest compatibility for the Chrome browser. The site provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and support for the standard usage pattern for operation with a keyboard using the arrow keys, Enter and Esc to exit menus and windows.
